Quick Start, short tutorials, for using the app

• One Tap VFR
• Add a new aircraft
• Add a photo of your aircraft. For an easier visual reference and a nicer look.
• Add a new flying site location. From home.
• Customize the default maximum altitude per flying site

One Tap VFR. Easy.

1. Tap on One Tap VFR
2. Review the VFR form details
3. Tap Submit VFR
4. Confirm by tapping Yes on the pop-up
5. Wait for confirmation message
6. Done ✅

aircraft

Add a new aircraft

1. Tap on Aircraft Icon Button
   • ~OR~ Tap on Menu (top-left) -> Aircraft
2. Tap on Add New
3. Fill in the aircraft details
   • Make and Model is required
   • Registration Reference is required
   • Color Description is required
4. Tap Submit Aicraft
5. Wait for confirmation message
6. Done ✅

1. Tap on Aircraft Icon Button
   • ~OR~ Tap on Menu (top-left) -> Aircraft
2. Edit the desired aircraft
   • By tapping on the Options Icon Button under the given aircraft
   • And then tap on the Edit Icon Button
   ~OR~
   • Tap on the given aircraft to open its details
   • And then tap on the Edit Icon Button
3. Tap on Set Photo
4. Select the desired image
5. Tap Submit Changes
6. Wait for confirmation message
7. Done ✅

flying site

Add a new flying site location. From home.

1. Tap on Flying Sites Icon Button
   • ~OR~ Tap on Menu (top-left) -> Flying Sites
2. Tap on Add New
3. Tap on Locate on Map
4. Browse the Map to find the location of the site that you want to add
   • Tapping Current Location usually helps, as it takes you to your current location, and it's easier to go from there
5. When you found the spot, tap on it
   • This action pin-points the GPS coordinates
   • You'll be able to review the numeric values in both formats: degrees and D°M'S" (degrees, minutes, seconds)
6. Tap Confirm Selected Location
7. Fill in the flying site details
   • All fields are required
   • GPS coordinates are filled based on your map selection
8. Tap Submit Flying Site
9. Wait for confirmation message
10. Done ✅

Customize the default maximum altitude per flying site

1. Tap on Flying Sites Icon Button
   • ~OR~ Tap on Menu (top-left) -> Flying Sites
2. Edit the desired flying site
   • By tapping on the Options Icon Button under the given site
   • And then tap on the Edit Icon Button
   ~OR~
   • Tap on the given flying site to open its details
   • And then tap on the Edit Icon Button
3. Fill in the default max altitude field. In Meters MASL
   • If you prefer to input the values as Ft, tap on the right-hand-side button that says M by default
   • This switches between Meters and Feet
4. Tap Submit Changes
5. Wait for confirmation message
6. Done ✅
